1. Consumer shall mean any natural person who obtains goods or services on the market for purposes that are outside his business or other commercial activity.
2. Merchant shall mean any legal person, sole trader or natural person that is acting on the market within the scope of their business activity or for other commercial purposes, including any other person acting in his name or on his behalf.
3. Seller shall mean the merchant with whom the consumer has concluded a contract on the purchase of goods or provision of services.
4. Distance contract shall mean any contract concluded between the merchant and the consumer under an organized distance sales or service-provision scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the merchant and the consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the time at which the contract is concluded.
5. Means of distance communication shall mean any means that allows for the conclusion of a contract between the merchant and the consumer who are not in the same place at the same time.
6. Order form shall mean a written or electronic message setting out the terms of the contract.
7. Product shall mean any goods or service, including immovable property, rights and obligations, as well as, any movable property separated from or installed in another movable or immovable property.
8. Digital content shall mean data that is produced and delivered in digital form.

• We use all our resources to ensure that all products on the website are displayed with correct names, descriptions, photographs, and prices; however, we cannot guarantee that all information on the website is completely accurate.
• By clicking the "I Agree" button, the consumer explicitly confirms that they have been informed that the delivery of digital content is not carried out on a durable medium, and that by receiving the content, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
• By completing the order and clicking the Checkbox button - "I accept the Terms of Use," you confirm that you have read and fully agree with the Terms of Use of our services, and that you have placed the order with a payment obligation.

On this website, you can order the following types of products: video materials, textual materials, access to a Discord server containing text/photo materials and files (e.g., contracts, content schedules, checklists, and content purchase agreements), links to websites for optimal information utility, complete guides, and PowerPoint presentations.

Please note that some products on our website are intended exclusively for adults and are marked with an 18+ label (such as information related to gambling, pornographic content, etc.).

The consumer is aware that the delivery of digital content is not made on a permanent storage medium, and that upon delivery of the content, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

You can make a purchase only as a guest on the website by filling out the designated form.

On the homepage, there is a section titled "Information's" featuring the three latest products and a "See more" tab.

Clicking on any product or the "See more" tab opens a new page displaying all products.

Each product includes a brief description and price, along with a "Buy" button to continue the purchasing process.

Clicking the "Buy" button opens a form to confirm the Terms of Use.

Once the Terms of Use are confirmed, the "Proceed" button becomes available.

Clicking the "Proceed" button opens the WS Pay Gateway page for payment of the product/service.

Optionally, the Buyer can receive a promo code for purchasing products.

The delivery of the product will be carried out by sending the appropriate link to the consumer's email address provided at the time of purchase.

Payment by credit cards.

Payments for services in our online store can be made using VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Card payments are processed in collaboration with Monri WSPay – Web Secure Payment Gateway.

After entering the card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, thus approving the order, which then enters the further preparation process for delivery.

The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.

The transaction will be completed, and the amount will be deducted from your account when the ordered product is delivered to the specified email address.

Please check with the bank that issued your card to ensure that your card supports online payments.

When entering credit card information, confidential data is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which are currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies.

The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the credit card processor. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

Please review your order and ensure that all information is entered correctly.

To complete the purchase, you must check the box "I accept the terms of purchase," confirming that you have read and fully agree to the stated terms.

After a successful transaction, the consumer will be redirected to a webpage where they will be provided the transaction status and a summary of the purchased product.

The seller independently determines the prices of products in accordance with their business policy and reserves the right to change the displayed prices.

If payments are made with credit cards issued by foreign banks, the dinar amount of the transaction will be converted into the payment currency of the bank (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When charging your credit card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency at the exchange rate applied by the credit card operators.

Due to non-conformity of the service with the contract, there is legal liability (Article 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection).

If it is established that there is a non-conformity of the service with the contract, it can be offered to the consumer and sold under special conditions.

If the consumer is not satisfied with how the complaint or objection has been resolved, they have the option of out-of-court dispute resolution. The merchant is legally obligated to participate in the process of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (Article 151 of the Law on Consumer Protection).

The basic condition for initiating an out-of-court procedure by the consumer is to first submit a complaint to the merchant.

In accordance with Article 36, paragraph 1, point 13 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract.
